Legal basis
The basis for the notification of cookies was amended by the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette No. 109/2012; in short ZEKom-1), which was adopted in early 2013 and provided for new rules on the use of cookies in similar technology for information storage access to information stored on a computer or mobile users.
